PointyBot

PointyBot was built with Kristina Nemeth as a final project in ECE 5725: Embedded OS. It is a system that provides heads-up directional information of a target’s direction relative to the system, to be used for active navigation, constellation tracking for time-lapses, or ISS tracking as a novelty. The system runs off an Raspberry Pi running Raspian, with more details of the implementation available here. In person resources to construct PointyBot were cut off due to covid-19 closing campus, resulting in PointyBox: the project’s scrappier result at the end of the semester.
